WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS DO YOU HAVE?
Our name comes from what we make. Many spirits are aged, meaning that they are placed in a barrel for some amount of time. We make distilled spirits which are un-aged, so you get our spirits "Before The Barrel". As a result, we focus on creating a variety of "Flavored Moonshines." Since many people enjoy the taste of aged spirits, we also offer a way for you to "Age Your Own" spirits at home.
WHAT IS AN "AGE YOUR OWN" SPIRIT?
Many products on the market, such as whiskey, brandy, or rum, are aged in barrels for a length of time to change the flavor profile. This often takes a number of years and the finished product's flavor is decided upon by the distiller. Instead of this, we offer un-aged spirits along with "aging blocks", which can be placed into the jar of spirit. Over a fraction of the time, the flavoring process that takes place in a barrel will take place in the jar. We recommend allowing a jar to age for 2 months, however, you can wait as little as 2 weeks. You can let the bottle age until you get the flavor that you are satisfied with.
Do you have something I like?
Short answer, yes! We have a large variety of spirits that can be found on our products page. We are also continuously developing new flavors, so be sure to check back often. If you have a particular flavor you are looking for, we are also happy to create custom flavors for you.
