Aged Corn Moonshine

For fans of whiskey and bourbon, our corn moonshine is aged with toasted and charred wood blocks, providing it with the oaky flavor you're craving. We have three flavor profiles — sweet oak, vanilla, and toasted almond — and the longer it sits, the more flavor you’ll find. Just like they say, it gets better with age!
 
While every bottle is different, this December 2023 treasure carried a toasty & nutty flavor, along with an amber hue. Both color and taste came from being aged in American White Oat blocks. Ask us about our options and what we currently have aging!
 
Serving Suggestion:
Shhh, definitely don’t spread the word about our Prohibition era “Old Fashioned” recipe which uses real sugar cubes, not simple syrup like those other bars. Come down to the distillery and try it out for yourself.
If that's not your style, use our aged corn moonshine in place of your favorite whiskey and we're confident you won't be disappointed.
