Barrel Dry Gin
Our Gin is barrel dry, meaning no barrels were harmed in the making of this spirit. While taking a sip you'll notice the flavors of juniper, coriander, and citrus that you've come to expect from any Gin worth drinking. If your palate is exceptionally refined, you may even pick up the subtle notes of guava and elderberry that were secretly added to enhance the flavor. Unlike KFC, we're not afraid to tell you what herbs and spices we use in our recipe.
Serving Suggestion:
It's called a Gin and Tonic for a reason... Mix our Barrel Dry Gin with tonic water and a little lime juice to make this classic, straightforward cocktail. If you're feeling a bit more creative, replace the tonic with club soda and the lime juice with our Black and Blueberry Moonshine to make a delightfully refreshing beverage.
